Fatty

I'm not sure if it's because Audrey is getting rather uncomfortable or if it's because she knows she is due a bath and tidy up, but it is quite hard to just get a simple side on shot of her standing, so with that in mind, please don't judge these pics too harshly, lol.

With another 11/12 days to go she is looking like there is a good sized litter in there. The plus side for me is that I don't have to watch her like a hawk on our walks, as the likelihood of her going off on a deer hunt is pretty remote at the moment :-)

Graham and I will be having our customary bet, on how many pups she is going to have, next Friday.

A Grand Day Out

Showing is not my thing, but my new kitten, Fawlty, is part owned by a friend who enjoys showing and she wanted to see how he did. Fawlty has jumped in at the deep end, with his 1st show being the Supreme, which is the cat equivalent of Crufts. He didn't put a paw wrong and not only did he win his class but he went on to win Best of Breed, so not a bad day out :-)

To complete the day I have just found out that one of Bobs kittens, Mrs Miggins sister,  also won her class today and was only beaten in Best of Breed by Fawlty :-)

Technical friends

I consider myself to be very lucky to have a couple of techy friends (as my technology knowledge could be put on the back of a postage stamp) Thanks to Rosie the webcam links is now in place for Audrey's big event, not only that, but there are links on the right hand side of this page and on the webcam/blog page of my website, so all being well, all you will have to do is click the link to enable you to view :-) It is being hosted by Youtube, so should the links not work for any reason, simply search for the Itzapromise channel directly. Just Audrey

Audrey is definitely getting a tummy now :-) She is 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and from this point her puppies will increase in size at a drastic pace.

A sad day

Miss Tibbs was pregnant, but unfortunately today when she went into labour she produced just one kitten, who was stillborn. She is understandably distressed and was allowed to spend a good amount of time with her baby so that she wouldn't feel the need to look for him once I removed him :-(.

Progress

Audrey is now 4 1/2 weeks pregnant, a bitch will normally start to show an increase of girth from 5 weeks onwards, Audrey is already changing shape :-) Once again her nipples are huge so lets hope the puppies have big mouths!

Last week we managed at trip to our favourite beach, my friend and I clocked up over 10 miles so goodness knows how many miles the dogs covered, it was certainly many many more than we did. Here are a few pics from the walk, there are of course loads more on my Flickr account.

Buns in the oven :-)

Had a little feel of Audrey's tummy today and I am pretty sure that she is pregnant. All being well we should have the patter of tiny paws on or around the 11th November :-)
