New arrivals.
With all the puppies leaving over the last few days I completely forgot to post about Pollys kittens! She had 3 huge kittens on Thursday afternoon (a very civilised hour :) ) All are doing really well and Polly is proving to be a very good/relaxed mum.
We have one boy and two girls, all of which are currently available.

Reunion time
It's been a few years since the last one so I feel that another Itzapromise reunion is called for. Previous reunions have been at Parke in Bovey Tracey, but they have grazed sheep there for the last couple of years, making it a no go area for some of my dogs, so at the moment I am considering my favourite beach, Saunton Sands in North Devon. Not only is it a vast sandy beach, there is a cafe and toilets and I have never failed to find a quiet area to walk/play with the dogs. I am proposing a weekend in September, if you are interested in attending please comment. I am very open to alternative Devon locations if anyone has suggestions.

More pics
The kittens are nuts, definitely Beetles babies! They have two speeds, fast and very fast, but when they are done playing they are complete cuddle bugs.
The puppies are also far more active now, they are having time out in the garden now and are loving it. Each and every one is happy and confident, this may not have been the litter I had planned but I am pleased as punch with them.
After much deliberation I have finally chosen my puppy, meet Florin, the newest recruit at Itzapromise.

Just a couple of updates
The pups are full on time wasters now, today they discovered that they could get the balls out of the ball pit, I suspect that I will be clearing balls up pretty constantly for the next couple of weeks :)
The kittens are now 9 weeks old and have had their 1st vaccinations (no issues). After a lot of soul searching I decided that keeping Monkey was not the right thing to do, I'm keeping a pup from Dime and they will both need lots of attention and I can only split myself so many ways, so she is going to live with my sister :)

Just a photo
I looked out and saw this, had to snap it very quickly before they all ran over to me so focus is not quite in, but I just love it. Number 7 was with them when I first looked but by the time I had grabbed my camera he had moved.
All the boys have now met their new families and choices have been made. I will be choosing my girl by next weekend so will then be able to talk to the families who are waiting to find out who will be joining them :)

Growing up fast
As the pups are developing at a rate of knots, so is there need for space and fresh air. The weather has been kind recently so the pups are spending longer periods outside. This obviously means that the webcam can't follow them, so although it will still be on for a bit, it won't be on all day anymore and probably will be taken down completely within the week. To compensate for this I will try and take video clips a few times a week along with photos. These were clips from this afternoon, Graham had been putting up a canopy to provide shade for the pups (power tools didn't worry them!) and then had to make a few last adjustments to the swing, the boys were only to pleased to lend a paw :)
Dinner was al fresco, Fawlty decided to join them.
Not to be left out, the kittens also tried the swing. They are little crackers, so so confident.
